Job Responsibilities
- Support Sales Initiatives and Campaigns as directed by Sales Manager.
- Generate and execute sales plans in existing customer base and in assigned competitively-held accounts, to meet profit increase goals.
- Establishing new, and maintaining existing relationships with customers.
- Work closely with current and prospective customers to understand business needs and recommend continuous improvement and innovation plans that will maintain and grow sales.
- Develop & Manage strong relationships with key accounts in current and prospective customers.
- Provide timely technical support to customers/representatives via phone calls, emails and site visits.
- Recommend the company’s products based on customer’s application needs.
- Provide competitive selling information to customers (why buy MINTA’s products vs. competitor).
- Negotiating contract terms.
- Coordinating sales projects.
- Follow up the requests for information (RFIs) for all missing, unclear, conflicting or other technical matters that may arise.
- Follow up the material submittals and provide the material take off for different mechanical systems.
- Maintain customer database.
- Attend trade shows, conferences, visit customers, perform training.
- Product quality, marketing and market intelligence information is to be shared with appropriate internal team members.
- Participate in solving/reporting any unexpected technical difficulties, and other problems that may arise for discussion and proper solve.
- Support Sales Manager in achieving the company’s goals.
Educational Requirements
A bachelor’s degree in engineering, marketing, business administration, or related field.
Must have experience in below products:
- Fire Fighting System
- Pipes & Fittings
- HVAC & Plumping Valves
- Fire Pumps
- Drainage System
- Vibration& Seismic System
- Infrastructure Network
Experience Requirements
- English language
- Car is a must
- Exemption or Completed Military Status
